How does your pricing and billing work?
We keep our compensation model radically simple and transparent.

How long is a typical engagement?
While every engagement is unique, a typical project to build your core analytics foundation lasts about 4 to 6 months, usually involving 10-20 hours of collaborative work per month.
After the primary objectives are met and your team is trained, we transition to a flexible coaching and mentoring role, which typically dwindles to 2-5 hours a month as needed. Our goal is your independence, but our partnership doesn't have an expiration date. We're always around to help.
